Abstract
Botrytis cinerea je gljiva koja je uzročnik truleži grožđa. U proljeće gljiva klija stvarajući konidije i na taj način širi bolest. Simptomi se javljaju na bobicama, cvatovima, peteljkovini i mladicama. U zriobi se na bobicama javlja baršunasta prevlaka ukoliko vrijeme pogoduje ( vlažna i prohladna jesen). Na listovima se javljaju žućkaste pjege dok na mladicama kod nekih sorata se javi sivkasta boja, te može doći do truljenja koljenca. Slična bolest sivoj plijesni je kisela trulež kod koje se ne pojavljuje paučinasta prevlaka. Bitno je spomenuti plemenitu plijesan koja se javlja u izvjesnim klimatskim prilikama te se od inficiranog grožđa mogu dobiti visokokvalitetna, predikatna vina i to uglavnom od bijelih sorata. Zaštita je vrlo bitna od samog početka podizanja vinograda, odabira ekspozicije terena pa do ampelotehničkih zahvata i primjene fungicida (botriticida).
Abstract (english)
Botrytis cinerea is a fungus that causes rot on grapes. The fungus germinates in the spring while creating conidia, which are used to spread the disease. Symptoms can be seen on the berries, the inflorescence, the petiole, and the sprout. A velvet-like coating can form during the development of grape berries if the weather conditions allow it (a humid and chilly autumn). While yellowish patches appear on the leaves, the sprouts of some grape varieties can also become greyish and the knuckles can start to rot. Sour rot is a disease similar to grey rot, but it does not cause the forming of a cobweb-like coating. It is also important to mention noble rot, which develops under certain climatic conditions and the grapes it infects (most often white varieties) can produce prestigious superior quality wines. Protection is vital and must be kept in mind when planting the vineyard, assessing the site, performing ampelotechnic procedures, and applying fungicides (botryticides)
