Abstract
Rad se temelji na istraživanju gospodarstva na kojem se uzgaja mesna pasmina crni angus u Novom Čemincu u Baranji. Gospodarstvo je otvoreno 2005. godine s primarnim uzgojem muznih krava, međutim iz financijskih razloga uzgoj se završava 2015. godine, te se krajem 2019. godine okreće ekstenzivnom uzgoju u sustavu krava-tele za proizvodnju mesa. Govedarstvo je najvažnija grana stočarstva i dijelimo ju na tri tipa: mesno govedarstvo, mliječno govedarstvo i kombinirano govedarstvo. Prikazana je tehnologija uzgoja junica na pašnjaku te opis objekta, hranidbe, bolesti koje se mogu pojaviti kod goveda za vrijeme uzgoja, pasmine koje se mogu uzgajati istim sustavom. Govedo angus je slabo rasprostranjeno na ovim prostorima te je Opg Durus jedino gospodarstvo u Baranji koje ih uzgaja.
Abstract (english)
: The paper is based on the farm survey,considering the farm in Novi Čeminac in Baranja on which the meat breed Black Angus cattle are raised . The farm was opened in 2005. with the primary rearing of dairy cows , but for financial reasons the rearing ended in 2015., at the end of the year 2019. and turned to the extensive breeding in cow system-calves for meat production. Bovine animal production is the most important branch of livestock raising and can be divided into three types: beef cattle, dairy cattle and combined bovine animal production. There are presented heifers rearing on pastures and description of the facility, feeding, diseases which bovine animals can develope during breeding , breeds that can be raised with the same system. The Angus cattle is not widespread in this area , so the OPG- Family farm Durus is the only farm in Baranja to raise them.
