Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je utjecaj vremenskih prilika na rast i razvoj pira tijekom vegetacijske godine 2020./2021. na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu “Ivan Sabo“. Tijekom vegetacijske godine primijenjena je puna agrotehnika, odnosno svi zahvati agrotehničkog lanca, od gnojidbe, obrade tla, mjera njege usjeva, zaštite i žetve. Vegetacijska godina 2020./2021. bila je nepovoljna, odnosno od sušnih uvjeta tijekom sjetve te iznadprosječnih temperatura tijekom zimskih mjeseci, te hladnog proljeća do kišnog srpnja uz olujna nevremena ponegdje uz tuču, ostvareni su zadovoljavajući urodi zrna pira. Ostvareni urodi iznosili su u prosjeku 4,5 - 5,0 t/ha, uz masu 1000 zrna od 39,0 grama. Hektolitarska masa iznosila je 77 kg/hl, uz sadržaj proteina od 16,0 %. Žetva je obavljena u vrijeme fiziološke zrelosti sa sadržajem vlage 12,5 % do 13 %.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the impact of weather conditions on the growth and development of spelled during the vegetation year 2020./2021. on the family farm "Ivan Sabo". During the vegetation year, full agro-techniques were applied, ie all interventions of the agro-technical chain, from fertilization, tillage, crop care measures, protection and harvesting. Vegetation year 2020./2021. was unfavorable, ie from dry conditions during sowing and above-average temperatures during the winter months, and cold spring to rainy July with stormy weather in some places with hail, satisfactory yields of spelt grain were achieved. Achieved yields averaged 4.5 - 5.0 t/ha, with a mass of 1000 grains of 39.0 grams. Hectolitre mass was 77 kg/hl, with a protein content of 16.0 %. Harvest was performed at the time of physiological maturity with a moisture content of 12.5 % to 13.0 %.
