Abstract
Kompostiranje je proces razgradnje organskih tvari pomoću mikroorganizama u stabilnu tvar, kao što je kompost. Kroz proces kompostiranja izmjenjuju se različite zajednice mezofilnih i termofilnih mikroorganizama. Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi kvantitativan sastav fizioloških grupa mikroorganizama u suhom, zrelom miješanom i miješanom kompostu. Mikrobiološkom analizom određena je ukupna brojnost gljiva, aktinomiceta, mezofilnih aerobnih bakterija, aminoheterotofa i asimbiotskih fiksatora dušika. Rezultati su utvrdili najveću brojnost aminoheterotrofa u sva tri ispitana uzorka. Konačan proizvod odnosno kompost predstavlja visoko vrijedan materijal koji će daljnjom primjenom poboljšati plodnost tla kroz povećanje biogenosti tla, a to će dalje se rezultirati povećanjem kvalitete tla.
Abstract (english)
Composting is the process of breaking down organic matter by microorganisms into a stable substance, such as compost. Different communities of mesophilic and thermophilic microorganisms alternate through the composting process. The aim of this study is to determine the quantitative composition of physiological groups of microorganisms in dry, mature mixed and mixed compost. Microbiological analysis determined the total number of fungi, actinomycetes, mesophilic aerobic bacteria, aminoheterotopes and asymbiotic nitrogen fixators. The results determined the highest number of aminoheterotrophs in all three examined samples. The final product or compost is a highly valuable material that will be further improved by improving soil fertility by increasing soil biogenicity, and this will further result in increased soil quality.
