Abstract
Rajĉica je povrtna jednogodišnja biljka s crvenim soĉnim plodovima koji imaju neobiĉnu poziciju izmeĊu voća i povrća. Ova korisna i nadasve hranjiva namirnica Europi nije bila poznata sve do otkriće Amerike, a prenijeli su je Španjolci iz Perua u 15. stoljeću. Rajĉica ima malu energetsku vrijednost samo 18 kcal na 100g, s obzirom da sadrţi 94 % vode, 2,3 % ugljikohidrata, 0,88 % bjelanĉevina, 0,2 % masti i 1,2 % dijetalnih vlakana. Sadrţi vitamin C, znatne koliĉine vitamine B te vitamine E i K. Cilj istraţivanja je bio utvrditi kako se proizvodi presadnica te daljnje njegovanje rajĉice na DALIS d.o.o. Hidroponski uzgoj rajĉice na DALIS d.o.o. je u grijanim plastenicima s opremljenom najnovijom tehnologijom. TakoĊer se u same plastenike uveli i bumbari kako bi poboljšali oprašivanje cvijeta rajĉice i na taj naĉin omogućilo stvaranje ploda.
Abstract (english)
Tomato is an annual vegetable plant with red juicy fruits that have an unusual position between fruit and vegetable. This useful and above all nutritious food was not known to Europe until the discovery of America, and it was brought by the Spanish from Peru in the 15th century. Tomato has a low energy value of only 18 kcal per 100g, given that it contains 94 % water, 2.3 % carbohydrates, 0.88 % protein, 0.2 % fat and 1.2 % dietary fiber. It contains vitamin C, significant amounts of B vitamins and vitamins E and K. The goal of the research was to determine how seedlings are produced and further care of tomatoes at DALIS d.o.o. Hydroponic tomato cultivation at DALIS d.o.o. is in heated greenhouses equipped with the latest technology. Bumblebees were also introduced into the greenhouses themselves in order to improve the pollination of the tomato flower and thus enable the formation of fruit.
