Abstract
Cilj rada bio je prikazati tehnologiju intenzivnog uzgoja povrća na OPG-u Renata Drašković u Cretu Bizovačkom. OPG Renata Drašković bavi se proizvodnjom povrća nešto više od 10 godina i trenutno se uzgaja tj. proizvodi više od 10 različitih povrćarskih kultura. Navodnjava se isključivo sustavom kap po kap gdje se ostvaruju visoki prinosi te osiguravaju najpovoljniji uvjeti za rast i razvoj biljke. Proizvodi sa OPG-a se prodaju na veliko ili direktno krajnjim potrošačima na tržnici u Osijeku čime se postižu bolji financijski rezultati. Također, dio proizvodnje se finalizira u obliku zimnice ili sokova kako bi se iskoristio cijeli prinos te povećala dobit.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to present the production and production technology of vegetables on the family husbandry OPG Renata Drašković in Cret Bizovački. OPG Renata Drašković has been producing vegetables for more than 10 years and currently more than 10 vegetable species are being cultivated. To ensure the best growing conditions as well as high yields, drip irrigation is used for watering of all the crops. Products from OPG are sold wholesale or directly to end consumers at the fresh market in Osijek, which ensures better financial results. Also, part of the production is finalized in the form of pickled fruits or juices in order to use the entire yield and increase profit.
