| Abstract | Cilj diplomskog rada bio je ispitati utjecaj različitih pH vrijednosti i temperature zraka na klijavost i parametre klijavosti klijanaca zobi. U pokusu su korištene temperature od 10 °C i 20 °C te otopine pH vrijednosti od 3,5, 4,5, 5,5, 6,5 i 7,5. Ispitivani su parametri energije klijanja, ukupno klijanje, broj neklijavih sjemenki, ukupan broj korijenja, dužina klijanca, dužina koleoptile, dužina izdanka i ukupna dužina, masa svježih i suhih klijanca. Ispitivanje se provodilo u kontroliranim uvjetima na Fakultetu agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku tijekom 2022 godine. Analizom varijance utvrđena je značajna uloga temperature za sedam ispitivanih svojstava, a pH otopina je bila signifikantna samo kod dva svojstva. Interakcija temperature i pH otopine je bila značajna za osam svojstava. Utvrđene prosječne vrijednosti za energiju klijanja su bile 58,1 %, ukupno klijanje 68,3 %, neklijavih klijanaca je bilo 31,7 %, a prosječan broj korijena iznosio je 3,06. Dužina korijena je u prosjeku iznosila 8,33 cm, dužina koleoptile 3,45cm, dužina izdanka 5,69 cm, ukupna dužina klijanca 17,5 cm, pojava izdanka 34,0 %, masa svježe tvari 5,09 g, a masa suhe tvari 1,38 g. |
| Abstract (english) | The aim of the thesis was to examine the influence of different pH values and air temperature on germination and germination parameters of oat seedlings. The experiment used temperatures of 10 °C and 20 °C and pH solutions of 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 and 7.5. Examined were the parameters of germination energy, total germination, number of ungerminated seeds, total number of roots, seedling length, coleoptile length, shoot length and total length, mass of fresh and dry seedlings. The test was conducted under controlled conditions at the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek during the year of 2022. The analysis of the variance revealed a significant role of temperature for seven examined properties while the pH of the solution was significant only for two properties. The interaction of temperature and pH solution was significant for eight properties. The determined average values for germination energy were 58.1 %, the total germination was 68.3 %, ungerminated seedlings were 31.7 %, and the average number of roots was 3.06. The average root length was 8.33 cm, the coleoptile length 3.45 cm, the shoot length 5.69 cm, the total seedling length 17.5 cm, the shoot emergence 34.0 %, the fresh mass 5.09 g, and the dry mass substance 1.38 g. |
