| Abstract | Cilj diplomskog rada bio je u laboratorijskim uvjetima ispitati utjecaj različitih temperatura zraka (10°C i 20°C) na klijavost i parametre klijavosti (energija klijanja, ukupno klijanje, ukupan broj korjenova, dužina korijena, dužina koleoptile, dužina izdanka, ukupna dužina, masa svježih klijanaca i masa suhih klijanaca) klijanaca pšenice, ječma, raži i zobi.
Prosječna energija klijanja iznosila je 79,8 %, ukupno klijanje 81,1 %, ukupan broj korijena 4,57, a dužina korijena 9,81 cm. Nadalje, prosječna dužina koleoptile je bila 2,84 cm, dužina izdanka 9,71 cm, ukupna dužina klijanaca 19,51 cm, masa svježe tvari klijanaca 8,23 g, masa suhe tvari klijanaca 1,70 g.
Nakon provedenog istraživanja utvrđeno je kako su pšenica, ječam, raž i zob ostvarile bolje rezultate klijanje i parametre klijavosti pri temperaturi od 20°C nego pri temperaturi od 10°C, a jedino ukupan broj korijena i masa suhe tvari klijanca su bili bolji pri nižoj temperaturi. U pogledu žitarica, najbolje vrijednosti je postigao ječam, a najlošiji rezultati su kod zobi. |
| Abstract (english) | The aim of this paper was to examine, under laboratory conditions, the influence of different air temperatures (10°C and 20°C) on germination and germination parameters (germination energy, total germination, total number of roots, root length, coleoptile length, shoot length, total length, mass of fresh seedlings and mass of dry seedlings) of wheat, barley, rye and oat seedlings.
The average germination energy was 79.8 %, total germination 81.1 %, total number of roots 4.57, and root length 9.81 cm. Furthermore, the average coleoptile length was 2.84 cm, shoot length 9.71 cm, total seedling length 19.51 cm, seedling fresh matter mass 8.23 g and seedling dry matter mass 1.70 g.
After research, it was determined that wheat, barley, rye and oats achieved better germination results and germination parameters at a temperature of 20°C than at a temperature of 10°C, and only the total number of roots and the mass of dry matter of seedlings were better at a lower temperature. As regards grains, barley achieved the best values, while oats had the worst results. |
