Abstract
Gljive, bakterije i virusi mogu se prenositi u sjemenu, na sjemenu ili sa sjemenom. Bolesti koje se prenose sjemenom uzročnici su kvalitativnih i kvantitativnih gubitaka u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Sjeme je idealan domaćin patogenima jer im omogućava dugotrajniji životni vijek i lakše širenje u nova područja. U radu su nabrojani samo neki od brojnih uzročnika bolesti koji se prenose sjemeno na žitaricama, kao što su: Claviceps purpurea, Microdochium nivale, Fusarium spp., Tilletia caries, Ustilago nuda, Pyrenophora graminea, Septoria nodorum i Puccinia striiformis. Uzročnici bolesti se sjemenom ili sadnim materijalom prenose iz jedne u drugu vegetacijsku sezonu, a kako bi to spriječili vrlo je važno provoditi kontrolu zdravstvenog stanja žitarica zbog ranog otkrivanja bolesti. Tretiranjem sjemena uništavaju se uzročnici bolesti, a ono podrazumijeva upotrebu fungicida, insekticida, biofungicida te agrotehničke, mehaničke i fizikalne mjere.
Abstract (english)
Fungi, bacteria and viruses can be transmitted in, on or with seeds. Diseases transmitted by seeds are the cause of qualitative and quantitative losses in agricultural production. The seed is an ideal host for pathogens because it enables them to have a longer lifespan and easier spread to new areas. The paper documents only some of the numerous pathogens that are transmitted by seed on cereals, such as: Claviceps purpurea, Microdochium nivale, Fusarium spp., Tilletia caries, Ustilago nuda, Pyrenophora graminea, Septoria nodorum and Puccinia striiformis. The causative agents of diseases are transmitted from one growing season to another through seeds or planting material, and in order to prevent this, it is very important to control the health status of cereals for early disease detection. Treating the seeds destroys the causative agents of the disease, and it implies the use of fungicides, insecticides, biofungicides and agrotechnical, mechanical and physical measures.
