Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je istraživanjem dostupne literature, dati sustavan pregled rezultata o mogućnostima koje proizvođači voćnih rakija imaju na raspolaganju kako bi smanjili sadržaj alkohola metanola u voćnim rakijama, te na taj način unaprijedili kvalitetu rakija.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to research the available literature, to give a systematic overview of the results on the possibilities that producers of fruit brandies have at their disposal in order to reduce the alcohol content of methanol in fruit brandies, and thus improve the quality of brandies.
