Abstract
U ovom radu dajemo pregled tehnologije proizvodnje viskija, kao i pregled malih zanatskih destilerija koje se bave proizvodnjom viskija u Hrvatskoj. Iako Hrvatska nema tradiciju u proizvodnji viskija, očekujemo u skorijoj budućnosti povećanje broja zanatskih destilerija koje će se baviti ovom proizvodnjom.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we provide an overview of whiskey production technology, as well as an overview of small craft distilleries engaged in whiskey production in Croatia. Although Croatia has no tradition in whiskey production, we expect an increase in the number of craft distilleries that will be involved in this production shortly.
