Abstract
Hrana za kućne ljubimce je prehrambeni proizvod koji se prodaje globalno i namijenjen je isključivo prehrani kućnih životinja. Uobičajeno je dostupna u trgovinama za kućne ljubimce i supermarketima, prilagođena je vrsti životinje poput pasa ili mačaka. Tržište hrane za kućne ljubimce nudi široku paletu proizvoda u današnjem dobu. Svaki sudionik na tržištu može pronaći odgovarajuću opciju, bilo da je jeftina, skupa, bez žitarica, smrznuta ili sirova hrana. Asortiman proizvoda obuhvaća standardne grickalice kao i prirodnu i svježu hranu za kućne ljubimce. Tržište hrane za kućne ljubimce u Republici Hrvatskoj pokazuje potencijal za daljnji rast u budućnosti. S obzirom na globalne trendove porasta broja kućnih ljubimaca i povećane svijesti o zdravlju i dobrobiti ljubimaca, očekuje se nastavak rasta potražnje za kvalitetnom hranom za kućne ljubimce.
Abstract (english)
Pet food is a dietary product sold globally and intended exclusively for the nourishment of domestic animals. It is commonly available in pet stores and supermarkets, tailored to the type of animal, such as dogs or cats. Today's pet food market offers a wide range of products. Every market participant can find a suitable option, whether it is inexpensive, premium, grain-free, frozen, or raw food. The product range includes standard treats as well as natural and fresh pet food. The pet food market in the Republic of Croatia shows potential for further growth in the future. Given the global trends of an increasing number of pets and greater awareness of pet health and well-being, the demand for quality pet food is expected to continue growing.
