Abstract
Grad Osijek krasi 17 parkova među kojima je i park Zrinjevac. Nekada se na mjestu Zrinjevca nalazilo gradsko Vašarište no ubrzo se gradi veliki park; park kneza Nikole Šubića Zrinskog ili skraćeno Zrinjevac. S vremenom se park unaprjeđuje, obogaćuje se novim biljnim vrstama i raznim dječjim igralištima, sve dok se u perivoju ne izgradi sportski objekt koji uvelike narušava izgled perivoja. U svibnju 2012. g. pada odluka o obnovi Perivoja Zrinjevac. Ova odluka donijela je za sobom mnoštvo loših poteza u obnavljaju perivoja. Zrinjevac je tehnički neispravno uređen, dječja igrališta nisu izgrađena po standardima za gradnju i zaštitu dječjih igrališta. Pravi se projektni zadatak te predlaže idejno rješenje kojeg se ne drži tijekom obnove Perivoja Zrinjevac. Ideja je bila obnoviti cijeli perivoj, međutim zbog financijskih poteškoća grada Osijeka obnavlja se samo jedan njegov dio. Napravljena je asfaltirana staza elipsoidnog oblika, izgrađena su tri nova dječja igrališta, donesene nove biljne vrste i zadržane neke stare. Zrinjevac je dobio i nove klupe, rasvjetu, stalke za bicikle, koševe za smeće, itd. Ovaj rad detaljno pokazuje dobre i loše strane obnove Perivoja Zrinjevac u Osijeku, s naglaskom na lošu izvedu ovog projekta.
Abstract (english)
City of Osijek boasts 17 parks including the park Zrinjevac. Once in place Zrinjevac contained township vašarište but soon built a large park, park of prince Nikola Subic Zrinski or abbreviated Zrinjevac. Over time, the park improves, enriches the new plant species and various playgrounds, until the park is built sports facility, which greatly impairs the appearance of the park. In May 2012th decline decision on there new al of public garden Zrinjevac. This decision was made for them many bad moves to restore the park. Zrinjevac is technically incorrect arranged, children's playgrounds are not built to standards for the construction and protection of children's playgrounds. Pretend project task and proposed conceptual solution which is not considered during there construction of public garden Zrinjevac. The idea was to restore the entire park, but due to financial difficulties of Osijek restore donly a part of it. Incorporating a asphalt trail ellipsoid shape, built three new playgrounds, made a new plant species and retained some of the old. Zrinjevac got new benches, lighting, bicycleracks, wastebins, etc. This study shows in detailt his good and bad sides of renovation public garden Zrinjevac in Osijek, focusing on bad perform in this project.
