Abstract
Ekonomske procese u društvu možemo podijeliti na dvije osnovne kategorije: realnu ekonomiju (tok roba) i monetarnu ekonomiju (tok novca). Osnovni cilj ovoga rada je pobliže se upoznati s pojmovima koje svakodnevno susrećemo i koji utječu na naš život kao život poduzetnika, proizvođača ali i običnih građana. Osim novca kao pojma, rad obuhvaća i povijest razvoja novca do onog oblika kojeg danas poznajemo, stvaranje međunarodnog monetarnog fonda i njegova uloga u monetarnoj politici danas, središnja banka i okolnosti nastanka, devizni tečaj njegov razvoj i značenje za današnju ekonomiju, ali i svakodnevni život. Nabrojani pojmovi i okolnosti njihovog nastanka u međusobnoj su korelaciji i vrlo su važni za razumijevanje današnje monetarne politike kao i svakodnevnog toka novca i kapitala. Kao financijski posrednici banke prikupljaju novac u obliku depozita a plasiraju ih primarno odobravanjem različitih vrsta kredita. Putem banaka obavlja se i indirektno financiranje između štediša, investitora, potrošača i svih ostalih klijenata koji mogu imati različite uloge u poslovnom svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Economic processes in society can be divided into two basic categories: the real economy (flow of goods) and monetary economics (cash flow). The main objective of this work is more closely acquainted with the concepts that we are meeting and affecting our life as entrepreneurs, producers and ordinary citizens. Besides money as a concept, the work includes the history of the development money to that form that we know today, the creation of the IMF and its role in monetary policy today, the central bank and the circumstances in which, the exchange rate development and its significance for today's economy, and daily life . The above mentioned terms and conditions of their occurrence in mutual correlation and are very important for understanding the current monetary policy as well as the daily flow of money and capital. Special importance in the functioning of the financial system have banks as the basic unit. Through banks is done and indirect financing between savers, investors, consumers and all other clients that may have different roles in the business world. Key words: monetary
