Abstract
U laboratorijskim uvjetima na hranjivoj PDA podlozi istraživan je utjecaj različitih temperatura (10, 15, 20, 25 i 30 °C) na rast i razvoj triju fitopatogenih gljiva – Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary (bijela trulež), Botrytis cinerea Pers. Ex Fr. (siva plijesan) i Chalara elegans Nag Ray et Kendr. (crna trulež korijena). S. sclerotiorum najbrže se razvila pri 20 °C (nakon 3 dana - 90 mm) a zatim pri 25 °C. Pri 30 °C rast je bio statistički vrlo značajno slabiji, a pri 10 i 15 °C podjednak (7-og dana - 90 mm). Sklerocije su se najbrže formirale pri 20 °C, i to nakon 7 dana te su težile 0.94 g. Pri 10 °C formirane su najkasnije i to 14-og dana, a težile su 1.5 g. Na 25 i 30 °C nije došlo do formiranja sklerocija. B. cinerea najbrže se razvijala na 20 °C, a zatim na 25 °C, dok na 30 °C nije zabilježen gotovo nikakav rast (5.44 mm nakon 14 dana). Na 10 °C dosegla je 90 mm 10-og dana, a na svim ostalim temperaturama (izuzev 30 °C) nakon 7 dana. Chalara elegans nakon 17 dana pokazala je statistički vrlo značajno bolji rast pri 20 °C (73.5 mm), a pri 15, 25 i 30 °C rast je bio podjednak (47.88 mm, 52.06 mm i 51.56 mm). Pri 10 °C micelij je imao statistički vrlo značajno slabiji rast u odnosu na sve ostale temperature (19.06 mm). Na niti jednoj od temperatura micelij nije dostigao promjer zdjelice od 90 mm.
Abstract (english)
The influence of different temperature (10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 °C) on growth and development of 3 phythopathogenic fungi - Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary (white mold), Botrytis cinerea Pers. Ex Fr. (grey mould) and Chalara elegans Nag Ray et Kendr. (black root rot) was researched on PDA nutrition media in laboratory conditions. S. sclerotiorum had the fastest development at 20 °C (90 mm after 3 days) and at 25 °C. Growth was significantly slower at 30 °C, but at 10 and 15 °C growth rate was almost identical (90 mm after 7th day). Sklerotia were first formed after 7 days at 20 °C and weighed 0.94 g. The last sklerotia formed were those at 10 °C after 14 days and weighed 1.5 g. At 25 °C and 30 °C sklerotia did not even begun to emerge. B. cinerea had the fastest development at 20 °C, and then at 25 °C, while at 30 °C growth almost did not occur (5.44 mm after 14 days). Mycelium reached 90 mm after 10 days at 10 °C and after 7 days at all other temperatures (except 30 °C). After 17 days Chalara elegans had significantly better growth at 20 °C (73.5 mm) and at 15, 25 and 30 °C mycelium had a similar growth rate (47.88 mm, 52.06 mm and 51.56 mm). Significantly slower mycelium growth was at 10 °C (19.06 mm). Mycelium did not reach 90 mm in diametar at any temperature.
