Abstract
Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je prikazati sustav proizvodnje krmiva za potrebe hranidbe goveda na OPG-u Branimir Strepački iz Rajevog Sela te dati prijedloge poboljšanja. Istraživanje je provedeno uvidom u poslovne evidencije istraživanog OPG-a, a prijedlozi poboljšanja doneseni su na temelju znanja stečenog tijekom diplomskog studija. Istraživanjem je utvrđeno da istraživani OPG ostvaruje relativno visoke prinose uzgajanih krmnih kultura (sijena lucerne 9,5 do 12 t/ha i zrna kukuruza 8,5 do 11 t/ha) ali i nisku razinu prirasta tjelesne mase junadi, koja je bila oko 0,90 kg/dan kod mlađe junadi, i oko 0,95 kg/dan kod starije junadi. Korištena krmiva u hranidbi junadi bila su sijeno lucerne i zrno kukuruza (u obliku prekrupe). Koncentracija sirovih bjelančevina i procijenjena energetska vrijednost dnevnih obroka trebala bi omogućiti znatno veće dnevne priraste kod starije junadi, a uzrocima niskih prirasta smatraju se nizak genetski potencijal grla koja su ušla u tov i nedostatak vitamina u hranidbi. Kao ekonomična mjera za povećanje dnevnih prirasta vidi se uvođenje svježe zelene mase lucerne u dnevne obroke, čime bi se stoci na jeftin način dodali vitamini u ukupni dnevni obrok. Poboljšanje ekonomičnosti proizvodnje kukuruza vidi se u racionalnijoj dušičnoj gnojidbi. Pokazatelji ekonomske uspješnosti ratarske proizvodnje ocijenjeni su vrlo dobrima, dok su isti pokazatelji kod djelatnosti tova junadi ocijenjeni nezadovoljavajućima. Zbog toga je u perspektivi istraživanog OPG-a napuštanje stočarske proizvodnje i prelazak na čisto ratarstvo. Eventualno zadržavanje djelatnosti tova junadi trebalo bi biti potkrijepljeno očekivanjem boljih ekonomskih pokazatelja tova. Isti bi se mogli unaprijediti povećanjem dnevnih prirasta ili faktora konverzije krme u prirast tjelesne mase, te ostvarivanjem bolje prodajne cijene junadi.
Abstract (english)
Main goal of this research was to present the fodder production system in meeting the beef cattle nutrition at the family farm Branimir Strepački from Rajevo Selo, and to propose the ideas for improvement as well. The research was conducted by inspecting farm's business documentation, and proposals for improvement were based on the knowledge aquired during the graduate study. The research has revealed that the investigated farm realizes relatively high yields of fodder crops (9,5 to 12 t/ha of alfalfa hay and 8,5 to 11 t/ha maize grain), but relatively low average daily gain in beef fattening, which was about 0,90 kg/day in younger beef, and about 0,95 kg/day in elder beef. Fodder used in beef nutrition were lucerne hay and maize grain. Crude protein concentration and estimated energy density of diet should enable for substantially higher daily gains. Causes for low daily gain probably were genetic potential of cattle that has entered into fattening and lack of vitamin in nutrition. As a cost-effective measure for increasing daily growth, the introduction of fresh green alfalfa into daily meals is seen as a way to add vitamins to the daily meal in a cheap way. Improving the economy of maize production is seen in more rational nitrogen fertilization. Indicators of economic performance of crops production were rated very good, while the same indicators for the activity of calfs were rated unsatisfactory. For this reason, in the perspective of the explored family farm, abandonment of cattle production and the transition to pure field. Eventual retention of the activity of calfs should be substantiated by the expectation of better economic indicators. The same could be improved by increasing day-by-day or ster conversion factor into body mass gain, and by achieving better selling prices for calfs.
