Abstract
Narušavanjem povoljnih skladišnih uvjeta, zrnata roba je izložena napadu raznih štetočinja koji mogu trajno narušiti kvalitetu uskladištene robe, te nastanka velikih financijskih gubitaka. Za razliku od konvencionalnih pesticida, uporaba biljnih insekticida i inertnih prašiva ne ostavlja štetne posljedice za ljudsko zdravlje i okoliš, osim toga ima produženo djelovanje. Rad opisuje laboratorijsko testiranje insekticidne djelotvornosti formulacija F1H i F2H, na bazi inertnih prašiva i biljnih... More tvari, u usporedbi s komercijalnom dijatomejskom zemljom Celatom®Mn51 na rižinog žižka Sitophilus oryzae (L.) u skladišnim uvjetima na kukuruznoj i pšeničnoj podlozi tijekom 7, 30, 60 dana. Uspoređujući podloge, općenito viši mortalitet test kukaca S. oryzae postignut je na pšeničnoj podlozi. Bolju insekticidnu djelotvornost pokazale su formulacije u odnosu na dijatomejsku zemlju Celatom®Mn51. Uspoređujući formulacije, bolju insekticidnu djelotvornost imala je formulacija F2H. Na temelju rezultata pokusa, obje formulacije imaju zadovoljavajuće potencijalno djelovanje na S. oryzae. Potrebno je nastaviti procjenu mortaliteta preostalih jedinki žiška u pokusu kako bi se mogla potvrditi njihova djelotvornost i procijeniti optimalna doza. Less
Abstract (english)
By endangering favourable stored conditions, grain mass is exposed to attacks of various pests which can cause s permanent reduction of stored stock quality, that leads to huge financial losses. Unlike conventional pesticides, the use of botanicals and inert dusts are not harmful to human health and environment, besides they have prolonged activity. The thesis describes laboratory test of insecticide efficacy of the formulations F1H and F2H inert, based on botanicals and inert dust, in the... More comparison with commercial diatomaceous earth Celatom®Mn51 against rice weevil S. oryzae (L.) in storage conditions on two different media, maize and wheat during 7, 30, 60 days. Comparing the media, general higher mortality of S. oryzae insects was accomplished on wheat media. Better insecticidal effect showed both formulation in regard to diatomaceous earth Celatom®Mn51. Comparing the formulations, better activity had formulation F2H. Based on experiment results, both formulations had satisfactory potential activity against S. oryzae. Further assessment of the rest insect individuals in the treatment is necessary in order to verify their activity and to asses the optimal doses. Less
