Abstract
Cilj rada istražiti alelopatski utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata korovne vrste divlji sirak (Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers.) različitih koncentracija (1, 5 i 10 %) u Petrijevim zdjelicama i posudama s tlom, te biljnih ostataka u dozi 10 i 20 g/kg. Istražen je utjecaj na klijavost odnosno nicanje, duljinu korijena i izdanaka, te svježu i suhu masu klijanaca sjetvene grbice. Rezultati su pokazali da su vodeni ekstrakti u Petrijevim zdjelicama imali negativan učinak na sve ispitivane parametre, a koncentracija od 10 % je imala negativan učinak na duljinu izdanaka i do 100 %. Vodeni ekstrakti u posudama s tlom imali su neznatan alelopatski utjecaj. Biljni ostatci ostataka u posudama s tlom su značajno pozitivno utjecali na duljinu izdanka te svježu i suhu masu klijanaca sjetvene grbice, osim na nicanje koje je bilo smanjeno do 40 %.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper was to investigate the effect of johnsongrass (Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers.) water extracts in various concentrations (1, 5 and 10 %) in Petri dishes and pots with soil, and plant residues at a dose of 10 and 20 g/kg. The effect was investigated on germination / emergence, root and shoot length, and fresh and dry weight of garden cress seedlings. The results showed that water extracts in Petri dishes had a negative effect on all the measured parameters, and the concentration of 10 % had a negative effect on the length of shoots up to 100 %. Water extracts in pots with soil had negligible allelopathic effect. Plant residues in pots with soil have significantly positively affected shoot length and fresh and dry weight of garden cress seedlings, except for the emergence which was reduced up to 40 %.
