Abstract
Ekološkim se načinom proizvodnje pokušavaju dobiti namirnice visoke vrijednosti za prehranu ljudi, osiguranje dobrobiti životinja te zaštita okoliša. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Marko Gusak djeluje u sklopu ekološkog gospodarstva Na orlovom putu. Nalazi se u Osječko – baranjskoj županiji na tromeđi naselja Bilje, Vardarac i Kopačevo. Gospodarstvo je 2001. godine upisano u državni upisnik ekoloških poljoprivrednih gospodarstava pod brojem 7. Gospodarstvo se prostire na oko 7 hektara oranica. Temeljne su aktivnosti gospodarstva ekološka proizvodnja lucerne, te ekološki uzgoj goveda, svinja, koza i ovaca.. U kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj, posebice Baranji u zadnjih je par godina došlo do razvoja seoskog turizma. Osnova je seoskog turizma ekološka poljoprivreda i ekološki proizvedeni poljoprivredni proizvodi. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Marko Gusak u sklopu ekološkog gospodarstva Na orlovom putu funkcionira upravo u sklopu seoskog turizma u Baranji.
Abstract (english)
Ecological ways of production are used for getting foodstuff of high quality, ensuring wellbeing of animals and protection of enviroment. OPG Marko Gusak works as a part of ecological economy Na orlovom putu. It is placed in the threeway of Bilje, Vardarac and Kopačevo. OPG was signed in states register in year 2001 under number 7. OPG extend on around 7 hectres of arable land. Basic activities are ecological production of alfalfa and ecological breeding of cattle, pigs, goats and sheeps. In continental Croatia, in region Baranja in the last few years rural tourism has been in expansion. Base of rural tourism is ecological agriculture and its products. OPG Marko Gusak as a part of Na orlovom putu functions in this way of existence.
