Abstract
Proračun rada sušare "Seting" Stabil 3000 napravljen je u tvrtki Kutjevo d.d. radna jedinica Požega i to 30. listopada 2017. godine. Utvrđene su srednje vrijednosti količine protoka zraka od 37.976 kg zraka/h koje proizvodi aksijalni ventilator, izmjerene anemometrom. Temperature su mjerene pomoću termometra. Tijekom mjerenja, temperatura okoline iznosila je 20°C, a relativna vlaga iznosila je 57 %. Vlažnost zrna kukuruza na ulazu u sušaru iznosila je w1= 30 % uz temperaturu zrna od 23°C, a... More nakon sušenja prije zone hlađenja vlaga zrna w3= 12,3 % i temperatura θ3= 44°C. Prolaskom zrna kroz zonu hlađenja vlažnost zrna je 13,3% a temperatura zrna pala je na 35°C. Na temelju istraživanja možemo zaključiti da je sušara dobro podešena. Posljednjih godina sve je učestalija izgradnja sušara manjih kapaciteta na obiteljskim gospodarstvima u kojima se suši zrno za vlastite potrebe. Većom pažnjom i manjim ulaganjima na strojevima za doradu i sušenje postigla bi se veća kvaliteta sušenja, a troškovi istog bili bi manji. Less
Abstract (english)
On the October 30, 2017, the research on the analysis of "Seting" Stabil 3000 dryer was carried out in Kutjevo d.d, Požega. Measured by an anemometer, the avarage value of the air flow rate produced by the axial fan turned out to be 37.976 kg air/h. The temperature was measured by the termometer. At the moment of measurement, the temperature of the envirnoment was 20°C and the relative humidity was 57%. Before drying, the moisture of the corn was w1= 30 % with the temperature of the corn... More being 23°C. After drying and before the cooling zone, the moisture of the corn was w3=12,3% with the temperature of θ3=44°C. After the cooling zone, the moisture of the corn was 13,3% with the drop of the temperature to 35°C. Based on the analysis of the "Seting" Stabil 3000 dryer, we can conclude that the dryer is well set. Over the last few years, there has been an increasing amount of the smaller dryers built on the family farms and used for family's needs. With the greater attention and lower investment in finishing and drying machines, the better drying quality would have been achieved and the cost would be lower. Less
