Abstract
Poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Nemet posjeduje staju kapaciteta proizvodnje od 10 muznih krava i 80 ha oraničnih površina na kojima proizvodi stočnu hranu. Tehnologija proizvodnje na gospodarstvu je konvencionalna. Na temelju analiziranih tehnoloških činitelja i ekonomskih pokazatelja zaključeno je da je proizvodnja mlijeka na ovom gospodarstvu prosječno ekonomična uz koeficijent 1,15 i rentabilna pri stopi od 12,72% kroz promatrano razdoblje od 4 godine. Prosječna godišnja proizvodnja mlijeka iznosi 45.741 litru, a prosjek po kravi iznosi 4.557 litara. Cijena koštanja mlijeka je 1,95 kn/kg , a otkupna cijena 2,25 kn/kg.
Abstract (english)
The family run farm Nemet owns a stable with a production capacity of 10 dairy cows and 80 ha of arable land for producing cattle feed. The production technology at the farm is conventional. The conclusion based on the analyzed technological factors and economic indicators is that the milk production on this farm is of average efficiency, with the production coefficient of 1.15, and it is profitable at a rate of 12.72% during the observed period of 4 years. The average yearly milk production is 45,741 litres and the average production per cow is 4,557 litres. The cost price of milk is 1.95 kn/kg, and the redemption price is 2.25 kn/kg.
