Abstract
Općenito u ratarstvu postoji nepisano pravilo da nijedna godina nije ista i da je svaka specifična po nečemu. Naravno da ta činjenica proizlazi iz velikog broja činilaca proizvodnje šećerne repe (uvjeti u sjetvi, vremenske (ne)prilike, uvjeti za razvoj bolesti i štetnika, znanje…). Ono što je trenutačno optimistično su manjeviše povoljni uvjeti za stvaranje prinosa i, ukoliko vremenske prilike u drugoj polovici vegetacije repe budu pogodne za njezin razvoj, može se očekivati dobar urod te u... More konačnici pozitivan financijski rezultat. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kako obrada tla i klimatske promjene utječu na proizvodnju šećerne repe. Obrada tla i vremenske prilike su imali značajan utjecaj na prinos i tehnološku kvalitetu korijena šećerne repe. Prinos korijena, tehnološki prinos i sadržaj šećera ovise o svim istraživanim elementima tj. o godini proizvodnje (klimatskim uvjetima) i obradi tla šećerne repe. Less
Abstract (english)
It is a common saying among farmers stating that no two years are ever the same - each year is specific and unique. This is especially true in sugar beet production as there are many factors involved. E.g. sowing and weather conditions, disease and pest development prospects, knowledge, etc. We are optimistic as current environmental conditions are quite good. However it still remains to be seen how beet vegetation will evolve but so far yield odds are high and it is reasonable to expect... More positive financial balance. The goal of this paper is to show how soil treatments and climate changes impact sugar beet production. Soil treatments and weather conditions have had significant impact on yield and technological quality of sugar beet root. Root yield, technological yield and sugar volume all depend on researched elements, that is, they depend on production year (climate conditions) and ways soil was treated. Less
