Abstract
Poduzetništvo u poljoprivrednoj djelatnosti, kao primarnoj gospodarskoj djelatnosti, zbog proizvodnje sirovina – jeĉam i hmelj za prerađivaĉku industriju stvara visoko vrijedne prehrambene proizvode - craft pivo. Kljuĉ poduzetniĉke ideje bila je izrada poslovnog plana koji bi utvrdio realnost poslovnog pothvata te njegovu financijsku i ekonomsku opravdanost. Cilj istraživaĉkog rada je prepoznati poslovnu poduzetniĉku priliku u proizvodnji craft piva, analizirati tehnologiju proizvodnje te utvrditi ekonomsku uspješnost poslovnog pothvata. Istraživanjem tržišta je utvrđeno kako postoji rastući trend potražnje craft piva, a financijskim i ekonomskim analizama je dokazano kako je poslovni pothvat realan i izvodljiv odnosno ekonomski opravdan. Kako bi se istaknuli jedinstvenim, kvalitenim i inovativnim proizvodom, pivovara će proizvoditi tri razliĉite vrste piva koje ĉine New England IPA, Weizenbock i Pale Ale, te razna sezonska piva i limitirane serije. Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 823.700,00 kn, od ĉega je za stalna sredstva potrebno 533.294,00 kn, a za obrtna 291.406,00 kn. Projekt će se financirati dijelom iz vlastitih sredstava i dijelom uz potporu za samozapošljavanje te crowdfunding kampanjom.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship in agriculture, as a primary economic activity, because of the production of raw materials - barley and hops for the processing industry creates high-value food products. The key idea of entrepreneurship was to create a business plan that would determine the reality of a business venture and its financial and economic justification. The aim of the research work is to identify the business entrepreneurial opportunity in the craft industry, analyze production technology and to determine the economic performance of a business venture. Market research has shown that there is a growing trend in the demand of craft beer, and financial and economic analysis has shown that the business venture is realistic and feasible and economically justified. In order to highlight a unique, quality and innovative product, the brewery will produce three different types of beers : New England IPA, Weizenbock, Pale Ale and various seasonal beer and limited series. The total value of the project is 823,700.00 kn, of which 533,294.00 kn for fixed assets and 291,406.00 kn for working assets. The project will partly be funded from its own resources and partly with support for self-employment and the crowdfunding campaign. From the financial plan of the project, it is evident that within 3 years it was possible to return its own funds.
