Abstract
Cilj istraživanja je provesti analizu stanja opremljenosti obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava Republike Hrvatske poljoprivrednim strojevima i opremom, s obzirom na njihov broj i veličinu zemljišta na kojem se rabe, te dati primjedbe i preporuke za poboljšanje trenutačnoga stanja. Tijekom razdoblja od jedne godine obavljeno je istraživanje na području Osječko–baranjske županije na deset obiteljsko poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Provedenom detaljnom anketom i analizom utvrđeno je kako gospodarstva često ostavljaju u svome posjedu stariju mehanizaciju koju više ne mogu koristiti na poljoprivrednim površinama te ista predstavlja određen godišnji trošak kod održavanja i garažiranja. Promatranjem gospodarstava uviđa se raznoliko korištenje strojeva kako rabljenih tako i novih nabavljenih sredstvima raznih EU fondova gdje se može uočiti nelogičnost prilikom eksploatacije. Kod rabljene mehanizacije veliki su varijabilni troškovi koji dolaze uslijed čestih popravaka starijih strojeva, dok se kod nove mehanizacije uočavaju visoki fiksni troškovi zbog velike nabavne vrijednosti. U istraživanju utvrđeno je da samo jedan dio gospodarstava koristi najam univerzalnih žitnih kombajna dok ostatak poljoprivrednika ima u svom posjedu rabljene i nove kombajne je primoran plaćati velike troškove održavanja. Kako bi se postigao optimalni broj poljoprivrednih strojeva za svako gospodarstvo, nužno je poduzeti određene mjere racionalizacije. Kao često spomenuta mjera predlaže se poljoprivrednicima ulazak u udruženja (strojni prsten) na područjima gdje se nalaze poljoprivrednici sa sličnim interesima odnosno zahtjevima. Korištenjem modernih GIS sustava poput aplikacije QGIS moguće je upotrebom digitalnih tehnoloških karata dobiti točan podatak za pravovremeno obavljanje agrotehničkih mjera. Upotrebom digitalnih karata poljoprivrednici mogu kroz telematske sustave ostvariti znatne uštede pri radu, odnosno uvidjeti mjesta za poboljšanje proizvodnje hrane i opremanje gospodarstava
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research is to carry out an analysis of the condition of the family farms of the Republic of Croatia on agricultural machinery and equipment, given the number and size of the land used, and to provide remarks and recommendations for improving the current state of affairs. Over a period of one year, a survey was conducted in the area of Osijek - baranja County on ten family farms. Detailed survey and analisys have shown that economies often leave in their possession an older mechanization that can no longer be used on agricultural fields, and that is a certain annual cost of maintenance and garage. Observing the economies, it is widely recognized that the machines used are also used for new purchased from various EU funds, where irregularities can be detected in exploitation. When used in mechanization, there are large variable costs due to frequent repairs of older machines, while new mechanization reveals high fixed costs due to high purchasing price. In the survey, only one part of the farms use lease of universal grain harvester while the rest of the farmers have in their possession used and new harvester and are obliged to pay high maintenance costs. In order to achieve the optimal number of agricultural machines for each economy, it is necessary to take certain rationalization measures. As a commonly mentioned measure, farmers are encouraged to join the association (machine ring) in areas where farmers with similar interests or requirements are located. By using modern GIS systems such as the QGIS application, it is possible using the digital technology maps to obtain accurate data for timely performing agrotechnical measures. By using digital maps, farmers can achieve considerable savings at work through telematic systems, ie to find places to improve food production and farm equipment.
