Abstract
Ovim radom pokušali smo predočiti probleme u pionirskoj industrijskoj proizvodnji telećeg mesa u Republici Hrvatskoj. Unatoč svim negativnim čimbenicima, a to su nestabilno tržište, recesija, veliki uvoz subvencioniranog telećeg mesa, pokušali smo dokazati da se proizvodnjom krmiva na vlastitom gospodarstvu mogu preoblikovati postojeće tehnologije proizvodnje telećeg mesa. Dobra tehnološka cjelina, popunjenost kapaciteta tovilišta i pronalazak novih tržišta jedini su jamac opstanka ove stočarske grane i proizvodnje telećeg mesa.
Abstract (english)
This baccalaureus graduate thesis aimed to point out the problem in pioneer industrial production of veal in the Republic of Croatia. Despite all negative factors such as instable market, recession, large import of veal we tried to prove that following the production of fodders on one's own farm one can change existing technologies in veal production. Good technology, full capacity of farm and discovery of new markets are only ways to succeed in this business.
