Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je bio utvrditi u laboratorijskim uvjetima utjecaj četiri razine pH vrijednosti vodene otopine (4,5 5,5 6,5 7,5) i dvije temperature zraka (10 °C i 20 °C) na energiju klijanja, ukupnu klijavost, broj ne klijavih sjemenki, broj korijena, ukupnu dužinu korijena, dužinu koleoptile i izdanka klijanaca, ukupnu duljinu klijanaca i ukupnu masu svježe tvari klijanaca raži. Istraživanje je provedeno u Laboratoriju za specijalno ratarstvo Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku... More tijekom 2019. godine. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako su oba tretmana bila statistički značajna za energiju klijanja, dužinu korijena i dužinu koleoptile dok je temperatura bila značajna samo za dužinu izdanka, ukupnu duljinu klijanca i masu svježe tvari. Ostali analizirani parametri nisu pokazali signifikantnost. Utvrđene prosječne vrijednosti za oba tretmana su iznosile: za energiju klijanja 91,5 %, ukupno klijanje 88,7 %, ne klijavih sjemenki raži 11,3 %, broj korijena 3,9, dužina korijena 7,79 cm, dužina koleoptile 2,90 cm, dužina izdanka 5,51 cm, ukupna duljina klijanca 16,05 cm i masa svježe tvari 2,06 g uz naglasak na značajno variranje između temperatura i pH otopina. Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis was to determinate, in laboratory conditions, the effect of the four levels of pH value of the aqueous solution (4,5 5,5 6,5 7,5) and two air temperatures (10C and 20C) on the energy of germination, total germination, the number of non-seedes seeds, the total root length, the length of coleoptyl and the length of germ shoots, the total length of germs and total weight of fresh matter of rye germs. The research has shown how both treatments were statistically significant for the germination energy, the root length and the length of coleoptyl, while the temperature was significant only for the shoot length, the total germ length and weight of fresh matter. Other analyzed parameters did not show any significance.
