Abstract
U intezivnom vinogradarstvu Botrytis cinerea predstavlja jednu od najznačajnih ekonomskih bolesti vinove loze. Vrlo je poznata po brzom razvoju rezistentnosti na fungicide. Biopesticidi podrazumijevaju primjenu korisnih mikroorganizama i produkata njihovog metabolizma, i mogu se koristiti u ekološkoj proizvodnji. Najpoznatiji mikroorganizmi koji se koriste za suzbijanje gljivice Botrytis cinerea su Trichoderma spp. Rijeć je o aseksualnoj saprofitskoj gljivi s telomorfnim stadijem koje... More pripadaju redu Hypocreales, porodici Hypocreaceae. Većina gljivica roda Trichoderma morfološki je vrlo slična i dugi niz godina sve se svrstavalo pod jednu, T. Viride (Bisby, 1939). T. Viride pri samom nastanjivanju kada je u pitanju korjenov sustav, ova gljiva inducira lokalnu i sistemičnu otpornost na brojne patogene gljive. T. viride je su u stanju proizvesti 6PP (6-pentil-ɑ-piron) koji pripada skupini hlapivih antibiotika i od iznimne je važnosti u biokontroli vrsta kao što su B. cinerea. Prednosti uporabe biopreparata se očituju u smanjenju uporabe konvencionalnih pesticida bez smanjenja prinosa. Oni djeluju samo na ciljane organizme i neopasni su za čovjeka. Korištenjem kemijskih sredstava u konvencionalnoj poljoprivredi dolazi do trovanja tla, te ozbiljnog zagađenja okoliša, a gljivice roda Trichodema svojom brzom kolonizacijom u tlu pomažu ponovnom uspostavljanju ravnoteže te poboljšavaju biodiverziteta. Preparati koji sadrže Thiobacillus spp. vrste pomažu vinovoj lozi da aktivira mehanizam samoobrane na stres te stvaraju nepovoljnu mikroklimu za razvoj bolesti. Less
Abstract (english)
In the intensive viticulture Botrytis cinerea is one of the most important economic vines of vines. It is well known for its rapid development of resistance to fungicides. Biopesticides include the use of useful microorganisms and products of their metabolism, and can be used in organic production. The most known microorganisms used to suppress Botrytis cinere fungus are Trichoderma spp. It is an asexual saprophytic fungus with telomorphic stages belonging to the order Hypocreales,... More the family Hypocreaceae. Most Trichoderma genus fungi are morphologically similar, and for many years they were all under one, T. Viride (Bisby, 1939). T. Viride at rooting when it comes to root system, this fungi induces local and systemic resistance to numerous pathogenic fungi. T. viride are capable of producing 6PP (6-pentyl-β-piron) belonging to a group of volatile antibiotics and is of great importance in biocontrol species such as B. cinerea. Benefits of using biofuels are manifested in reducing the use of conventional pesticides without reducing yields. They only act on target organisms and are unsafe for humans. Using chemical agents in conventional agriculture involves soil poisoning and serious environmental pollution, and Trichodema fungus with its rapid colonization in the soil helps restore balance and improves biodiversity.
