Abstract
Hrvatsko pčelarstvo posjeduje dugu povijest i tradiciju još iz davne 1288. godine. Koliko je napredovalo može se vidjeti po postojanju nekoliko vrsta propolisa koji je vrlo učinkovit proizvod pčelarstva. U ovom radu naglasak se stavlja na propolis zbog njegovih ljekovitih svojstava, na proizvodnju te tehnologiju proizvodnje žvakaćih guma s propolisom. Procjenjuje se potencijal poduzetničkog poduhvata koji se temelji na brendiranom proizvodu na bazi propolisa. Poslovni plan za prvih 5 godina projekta ukazuje da je riječ o profitabilnom, likvidnom i izvodljivom projektu.
Abstract (english)
Croatian beekeeping has a long tradition dating back to 1288. How it has progressed can be seen by the existence of several kinds of propolis, which is a very effective product of beekeeping. Due to its healing properties, this paper focuses on propolis and production and technology of chewing gum with propolis.The market potential of an entrepreneurial venture based on a branded propolis product is assessed. The business plan for the first five years of business indicates that it is a profitable, liquid and feasible project.
