Abstract
U ovome radu analizirana je proizvodnja krumpira na poljoprivrednom obrtu „Beta“, odnosno industrijske biljke koja se uzgaja za proizvodnju chipsa. Krumpir ima odreĊenje zahtjeve prema toplini, vodi i svjetlosti. U posljednjih nekoliko godina krumpir je dao zadovoljavajući prinos od oko 40 t/ha. U radu je prikazana zaštita usjeva, kvalitetna gnojidba, sadnja, berba i sve ostale agrotehniĉke mjere. Uz zaštitu usjeva, navodnjavanje je jedna od najvaţnijih tehnoloških mjera koje utjeĉu na visinu prinosa. Za ovaj rad korišteni su podaci od Drţavnog zavoda za statistiku o površinama krumpira u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the production of potatoes in the agricultural firm „Beta“, ie in industrial plant grown for the production of chips, is analyzed. Potatoes have certain requirements for head, water and light. In the last few years, potatoes have given satisfactory yield of about 40 t/ha. The paper presents crop protection, quality, fertilization, planting, harvesting and all other agrotehnical measures. In addition to crop protection, irrigation is one of the most important tehnological measures affecting yields. Data from the state institute of surface potato statistics in Croatia were used for this work.
