Abstract
Istraţivanje je provedeno uz upotrebu zaštićene i ne zaštićene ureje koja se davala mliječnim kravama u dvije proizvodne skupine. Obroci koji su se davali kravama su bili skoro identični uz razliku što se u prvom obroku davala nezaštićena ureja u čistom obliku, dok se u drugom obroku davala zaštićena ureja. Cilj je bio dokazati koliko će biti iskorišteni NPN spojevi obroka, odnosno sama ureja i kako će ona utjeati na koncentraciju bjelančevina i glukoze u mlijeku i krvi ţivotinje. TakoĎer objašnjava se i sama graĎa probavnog sustava koaj je bitna za lakše razumjevanje pokusa, jer je potrebno znati da mikroorganizmi buraga imaju koristi od ureje, ali bilo je bitno dokazati kakvu i da li će to utjecati na daljnju proizvodnju i zdravstveno stanje mliječnih goveda.
Abstract (english)
The research was proven by using protected and unprotected urea, that was given to dairy cows in two production groups. The meals given to the cows were almost identical except that in the first meal unprotected urea was given in pure form while in the second meal was given protected urea. The aim was to prove how much NPN meal compounds will be used, that is urea itself and how it will affect the concentration of protein and glucose in the milk and blood of the animal. It also explains the structure of the digestive system itself, which is important for easier understanding of the experiment, because it is necessary to know that rumen microorganisms benefit from urea, but it has been substantially proven how and whether it will affect further production and health of dairy cattle.
