Abstract
Ječam bolje podnosi sušnije uvjete od pšenice, manje je zahtjevna prema hranjivima te rano napušta tlo. Na površinama OPG-a „Kovač Marija “ ječam je uzgajan na 11 ha sa prosječnim prinosom od 6,6 t/ha. Tijekom vegetacije ove kulture praćeni su klimatski pokazatelji i uspoređeni s višegodišnjim prosjekom za ovo područje. Agrotehnički zahvat (reducirana osnovna obrada tla, predsjetvena priprema tla, gnojidba, sjetva, zaštita usjeva i žetva) provedeni su pravodobno i prema preporukama struke. Cjelokupan urod zrna zadovoljavao je standarde otkupa sa vlagom zrna od 13,4-13,8 %, te je otkupljen po cijeni od 1 087,50 kn/t. Na taj način ovo gospodarstvo je ostvarilo ukupan prihod od 78 158,62 kn, pa uz potpore gospodarstvu dobit iznosi 5 250,27 kn/ha.
Abstract (english)
Barley tolerates drier conditions better than wheat, it demand less nutrients and leaves the soil early. On the areas of the family farm "Kovač Marija" barley was grown on 11 ha with an average yield of 6.6 t ha1. During the vegetation of this culture, climatic indicators were monitored and compared with the multi-year average for this area. Agrotechnical intervention (reduced basic tillage, pre-sowing soil preparation, fertilization, sowing, crop protection and harvesting) was carried out in a timely manner and according to the recommendations of the profession. The total grain yield met the purchase standards with grain moisture of 13.4-13.8 %, and was purchased at a price of HRK 1,087.50 t-1. In this way, this farm generated a total income of HRK 78,158.62, so with the support to the farm the profit amounts to HRK 5,250.27 ha-1 .
