Abstract
U ovom radu, koristeći stručnu literaturu i odgovarajuće internetske stranice opisan je razvoj novih proizvoda na primjeru poduzeća Vindija d.d. Tvrtke sve više uviđaju neophodnost razvijanja novih proizvoda jer njihovi postojeći proizvodi lako mogu propasti. Kod razvitka novih proizvoda svakako postoji rizik na koji tvrtke moraju paziti, te temeljitim istraživanjem i boljom pripremom ideja mogu pospješiti inovaciju. Razvoj novih proizvoda se sastoji od nekoliko faza: generiranje ideje, razvoj i testiranje koncepcije, razvoj marketinške strategije, razvoj proizvoda, testiranje tržišta i komercijalizacija. Razvoj proizvoda opisan je kroz primjere tvrtke Vindija d.d. koja je jedna od vodećih hrvatskih industrija.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, using professional literature and relevant websites, the development of new products is described on the example of the company Vindija d.d. Companies are increasingly realizing the need to develop new products because their existing products can easily fail. When developing new products, there is certainly a risk that companies must pay attention to, and thorough research and better preparation of ideas can enhance innovation. New product development consists of several phases: idea generation, concept development and testing, marketing strategy development, product development, market testing and commercialization. Product development is better described through the examples of Vindija d.d. which is one of the leading Croatian industries.
