Abstract
U završnom radu na temu strateški plan razvitka OPG Gurov ispitat će se izvodljivost i opravdanost proizvodnje linije funkcionalnih pekmeza. Strateški plan se radi u cilju optimalnih djelovanja na OPG Gurov kako bi poduzetnički projekt bio ostvariv i profitabilan. Kako bi se moglo optimalno djelovati razrađen je plan proizvodnje i plasmana sa scenarijem razvinja brendirane linije proizvoda visokog stupnja dodane vrijednosti. Ispitat će se pravni okvir poslovanja s naglaskom na potrebite certifikate u proizvodnji i zaštiti intelektualnog vlasništva. Kao instrument koji je pružuo smjernice za daljnje planiranje napravljena je SWOT analiza. Kako bi se ispitala profitabilnost u strateškom planu razrađen je tehnološki, organizacijski, marketing i financijski plan projekta. Razradom financijskih projekcija za razdoblje od 5 godina došlo se do zaključka kako je projekt profitabilan. Povrat novca može se očekivati u 2 ili 3 godini ovisno o čimbenicima koji budu utjecali na samu izvodljivost projekta.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper on the topic of strategic development plan of OPG Gurov, the feasibility and justification of the production of a line of functional jams will be examined. A strategic plan is made in order to optimally operate on the OPG Gurov so that the entrepreneurial project feasible and profitable. In order to be able to operate optimally, a production and marketing plan was developed with a scenario for the development of a branded line of high value-added products. The legal framework of the business will be examined with an emphasis on the necessary certificates in the production and protection of intellectual property as an instrument that provided guidelines for further planning. A SWOT analysis was made in order to examine the profitability in the strategic plan, the technological, organizational, marketing and financial plan of the project was developed. By elaborating financial projections for a period of 5 years, it was concluded that the project is profitable. A refund can be expected in 2 or 3 years, depending on the factors that will affect the feasibility of the project itself.
