Abstract
Cilj rada bio je ispitati utjecaj endofitne gljive Fusarium solani na porast pšenice. U pokusu su kontrolna zrna tretirana destiliranom vodom, a ostala suspenzijom gljive (Fusarium solani). Pri završetku pokusa biljkama se mjerio broj izniklih zrna, duljina stabljike od mjesta gdje počinje korijen, broj listova, duljina listova i masa svježe tvari pšenice. Iz dobivenih rezultata može se potvrditi pozitivan utjecaj endofitne gljive Fusarium solani u usporedbi sa kontrolom, iako nije bio statistički značajan.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to examine the influence of the endophytic fungus Fusarium solani on wheat growth. In the experiment, control grains were treated with distilled water and the rest with a suspension of the fungus (F. solani). At the end of the experiment, the number of sprouted grains, the length of the stem from the place where the root begins, the number of leaves, the length of the leaves and the mass of fresh wheat matter were measured. The obtained results can confirm the positive influence of the endophytic fungus Fusarium solani compared to the control, although it was not statistically significant.
