Abstract
Suncokret (Helianthus annuus L.) je jedna od najznačajnijih uljnih kultura u svijetu i kod nas. Vrijedna je ratarska i poljoprivredna kultura. Ističe se svojim širokom spektrom upotrebe: razne industrijske grane, ishrana ljudi i životinja, ljekovitim svojstvima i nutritivnom vrijednosti. Pored kvalitetnog ulja sadrži bjelančevine, celulozu i minerale. Ima široki areal rasprostranjenosti. U Hrvatskoj se najviše uzgaja na području Slavonije i Baranje. Suncokret je osjetljiv na uzgoj u monokulturi, stoga dolazi u plodoredu
Abstract (english)
Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) is one of the most important oil crops in the world as well in our country. It is a valuable field and agricultural crop. It stands out for its wide range of uses: various industries, human and animal nutrition, medicinal properties and nutritional value. In addition to quality oil, it contains proteins, cellulose and minerals. It has a wide range of distribution. In Croatia, it is mostly grown in Slavonija and Baranja. Sunflower is sensitive to cultivation in monoculture, so it comes in crop rotation.
