Abstract
Analizom rezultata uzgoja biljke kolokazije od pedeset gomolja biljaka, te deset različitih sorti, utvrđeno je kako je uzgoj kolokazije isplativ i profitabilan. Za uzgoj su izabrane profitabilne sorte koje postižu visoke cijene na tržištu. Sadnja gomolja obavljena je početkom mjeseca ožujka u zasebne kaljeve. Prostor za sadnju imao je konstantnu temperaturu od 25 stupnjeva celzijusa te visok stupanj osvijetljenosti. Kada su se temperature ustalile sredinom mjeseca lipnja, uzgoj se nastavio na otvorenom prostoru. Uz temperature koje se nisu spuštale ispod 20 stupnjeva celzijusa, pravilno gnojenje, dovoljno indirektne sunčeve svjetlosti i redovno zalijevanje, biljke su postigle željenu veličinu. U mjesecu kolovozu kolokazije su bile spremne za tržište. Uzgoj biljki iz gomolja pokazao se kao rentabilan. Rentabilnost iznosi 62,26 % što znači da na svakih sto novčanih jedinica uloga, ostvaruje 62,26 novčane jedinice dobiti. Taj podatak dovodi do zaključka kako je ova proizvodnja isplativa.
Abstract (english)
By analysing the results of the cultivation of the taro plant in the amount of fifty tubers of plants, ten different varieties, it was determined that the cultivation of taro is profitable. Profitable varieties that achieve high prices on the market have been selected for cultivation. Tubers were planted in early March in separate pots. The planting space had a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and a high degree of illumination. When temperatures stabilized, in mid-June, cultivation continued in the open. With temperatures that did not fall below 20 degrees Celsius, properly fertilized, with enough indirect sunlight and regular watering of the plants, they reached the desired size. In August, the taro plants were ready for the market. Growing plants from tubers has proven to be profitable. Profitability is 62.26%, which means that for every hundred monetary units of the deposit, it realizes 62.26 monetary units of profit. This data leads to the conclusion that this production is profitable.
