Abstract
U ovom istraživanju analizirana je prisutnost spora Nosema spp. na 563 uzorka s 19 pčelinjaka iz dvije regije u Hrvatskoj. Iz regije Osijek i okolice obrađeno je 299 uzoraka, a iz regije Sisak i okolice 264 uzorka. Sa svakog pčelinjaka uzorci su skupljeni iz 30 pčelinjih zajednica. Skupljeni uzorci analizirani su u laboratoriju Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti Osijek. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi prisutnost spora nozemoze nakon razdoblja zimovanja. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata može se zaključiti visoka zaraženost radilica sporama nozemoze nakon razdoblja zimovanja. Utvrđen je prosječan broj spora od 3,2 milijuna. Rezutati su podjeljeni u 2 regije: regija Osijek i regija Sisak. U regiji Osijek prosječan broj spora je oko 900.000 dok je u regiji Sisak prosječan broj spora 5.8 milijuna. Na području Osijeka i okolice 41,33% uzoraka bilo je pozitivno na nozemozu (utvrđena barem jedna spora), dok je na području Siska i okolice 70,48% uzoraka bilo pozitivno na prisutnost spora nozemoze.
Abstract (english)
In this study, the presence of Nosema spp. spores was analyzed on 563 samples from 19 apiaries from two regions in Croatia. From the Osijek region 299 samples and from the Sisak region 264 samples were analysed. At each apiary samples were collected from 30 bee colonies. The samples were analysed in the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek. The aim of the study was to determine the presence of Nosema spp. spores in honey bee workers after the wintering period. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that the infection with nosemosis is high after the wintering period. The average number of spores was 3,2 million per bee. The results are divided into 2 regions: Osijek region and Sisak region. In the Osijek region, the average number of spores was 900.000, while in the Sisak region the average number of spores was 5,8 million. In the area of Osijek and its surroundings, 41,33% of the analysed samples were positive for nosema spores (at least 1 spore was found), while in the area of Sisak and its surroundings, 70.48% of the samples were positive for the presence of nosema spores
