Abstract
Ekološki uzgoj je poseban način proizvodnje koji ima za cilj uzgojiti poljoprivredne kulture prirodnim putem. Od ključnog značaja za poljoprivredu su pravilna i pravovremena primjena svih agrotehničkih mjera. U radu je opisan uzgoj ekološkog pira na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu „Marijana Đurić“ u Košutarici. Agrotehničke mjere tijekom uzgoja pira praćene su u sezonama 2020./2021. i 2021./2022. godine. Pir jeuzgajan na površinama od 25 ha. Sve agrotehničke mjere su provedene s pravilima struke. Prosječan prinos u prvoj godine uzgoja iznosio je 3,7 t/ha, a u drugoj godini je bio 3,5 t/ha.
Abstract (english)
Organic farming is a special way of production that aims to grow crops naturally. The regular and prompt application of all agro-technical measures is of key importance for agriculture. The thesis describes the cultivation of organic spelt on the family farm „Marijana Đurić“ in Košutarica. Agro-technical measures during the cultivation of spelt wheat were monitored in the seasons of 2020-21 and 2021-22. Spelt wheat was sown on areas of 25 ha. All agro-tehnical measures were implemented in accordance with the rules of the profession. The average yield in the first year of cultivation was 3.7 tha-1, and in the second year it was 3,5 t ha-1.
