Abstract
Cilj istraživanja ovog završnog rada bio je analizirati i prikazati utjecaj vremenski prilika na prinos ozime pšenice kroz nekoliko vegetacijskih sezona na OPG-u „Franjo Jurić“ u Đurićima, Vukovarsko-Srijemska županija. Za analizu vremenski prilika korišteni su podaci Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda stanice Račinovci. Za prikaz prinosa, udjela proteina i hektolitarsku masa zrna pšenice korišteni su osobni podaci OPG-a. Kroz tri godine posijano je ukupno 45 hektara sorte „Kraljica“, a 20 hektara sorte „Sofru“. Obje sorte posijane su u optimalnom roku i primijenjena je odgovarajuća tehnika uzgoja i praćen rast i razvoj usjeva. Unatoč iznimnim vremenskim uvjetima, obje su sorte dale zadovoljavajući prinos i kvalitetu zrna. Prosječni prinos „Kraljice“ bio je 7,4 t/ha uz hektolitarsku masu od 84,7 kg/hl i uz udio proteina od 13,4 %. „Sofru“ je imala prosječni prinos od 8,2 t/ha uz hektolitarsku masu od 82,7 kg/hl i udio proteina od 12,0 %.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research of this BSc Thesis was to analyze and show the influence of weather conditions of winter wheat during several growing seasons at the Family farm "Franjo Jurić" in Đurići, Vukovar-Srijem County. Data from the State Hydrometeorological Institute of the Račinovci station were used for the weather analysis. Personal data were used to display the yield, protein content and hectoliter mass of wheat grains. In three years, a total of 45 hectares of the "Kraljica" variety were sown, and 20 hectares of the "Sofru" variety. Both varieties are sown at the optimal time and the appropriate cultivation technique is applied and the growth and development of the crop is monitored. Despite the exceptional weather conditions, both varieties gave a satisfactory yield and grain quality. The average yield of "Kraljica" was 7.4 t/ha with a hectoliter mass of 84.7 kg/hl and a protein content of 13.4%. "Sofru" had an average yield of 8.2 t/ha with a hectoliter mass of 82.7 kg/hl and a protein content of 12.0%.
