Abstract
Minerali su važni u metaboličkim procesima u organizmu. Kako su minerali esencijalne tvari, tj. organizam ih ne može sam sintetizirati potrebno ih je unositi u organizam hranom, vodom te dodatcima prehrani. U ovom radu napravljena je analiza u hranidbi mliječnih krava dodavanjem hidroksi minerala u odnosu na kelirane. Bile su dvije skupine mliječnih goveda, u svakoj skupini bilo je 20 životinja. Praćeni su proizvodni pokazatelji; proizvodnja mlijeka, kemijski sastav istog i zdravstveni pokazatelji. Osim toga pratila se i konzistencija balege, uz pomoću koje se mogla utvrditi probavljivost obroka i utjecaj dodanih suplemenata. Pokus nije donio poboljšanje u promatranim parametrima, no kako su hidroksi minerali povoljniji na tržištu mogli bi biti ekonomski isplativiji za korištenje.
Abstract (english)
Minerals are important in metabolic processes in the body. As minerals are essential substances, i.e. the body cannot synthesize them by itself, it is necessary to introduce them into the body through food, water and nutritional supplements. In this paper, an analysis was made in the feeding of dairy cows by adding hydroxy minerals in relation to chelated ones. There were two groups of dairy cattle, in each group there were 20 animals. Production indicators were monitored; milk production, its chemical composition and health indicators. In addition, the consistency of the dung was monitored, with which the digestibility of the meal and the influence of added supplements could be determined.The experiment did not bring an improvement in the observed parameters, but since hydroxy minerals are more favorable on the market, they could be more economically profitable to use.
