Abstract
Obrađeni primjer ekonomske isplativosti proizvodnje lješnjaka ukazao je da je riječ o isplativoj proizvodnji, no potrebno je dovoljno znanja i truda. Glavna slabost lješnjaka kao voćne kulture je ta što je za prve plodove potrebno sačekati dvije do tri godine, ovisno o sorti. S druge strane, postoje i određene prednosti lješnjaka kao što su relativno lak uzgoj, povoljni agroekološki uvjeti, relativno niska ulaganja te visoka dohodovnost. Izneseni primjer ukazao je na činjenicu kako se najveći troškovi, odnosno ulaganja odvijaju u prvoj godini poslovanja kada je potrebno kupiti i najveću količinu sadnica. S obzirom da se u primjeru investitor želi baviti ekološkom proizvodnjom, značajni su i troškovi gnojiva. S druge strane, s obzirom da se radi o eko-proizvodu moguće je dobiti i višu cijenu po kilogramu lješnjaka. Za treću godinu projicirana je ukupna dobit od 80.592,00 kn za cjelokupnu obradivu poljoprivrednu površinu. Analiza dva pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja također je ukazala da se radi o ekonomski isplativom projektu s obzirom da pokazatelj ekonomičnosti prihoda iznosi 1,25, a pokazatelj rentabilnosti koji u obzir uzima bruto dobit i ukupni prihod 19,75 %.
Abstract (english)
The processed example of the economic profitability of hazelnut production showed that it is a profitable production, but it requires enough knowledge and effort. The main weakness of hazelnuts as a fruit crop is that it is necessary to wait two to three years for the first fruits, depending on the variety. On the other hand, there are also certain advantages of hazelnuts, such as relatively easy cultivation, favorable agroecological conditions, relatively low investments and high profitability. The given example pointed to the fact that the largest costs, that is, investments, take place in the first year of operation, when it is necessary to purchase the largest amount of seedlings. Given that in the example the investor wants to engage in ecological production, the costs of fertilizers are also significant. On the other hand, considering that it is an eco-product, it is possible to get a higher price per kilo of hazelnuts. For the third year, a total profit of HRK 80,592.00 was projected for the entire arable agricultural area. The analysis of two performance indicators also indicated that it is an economically profitable project, given that the profitability indicator is 1.25, and the profitability indicator, which takes into account gross profit and total revenue, is 19.75%.
