Abstract
Hidroponski sustavi su sustavi uzgoja biljaka u vodi u kojoj se nalaze otopljene soli biogenih elemenata. Akvaponski sustavi su zatvoreni sustavi proizvodnje koji povezuju akvakulturu (uzgoj vodenih organizama) i hidroponiku. Istraživanje je provedeno od 27.ožujka do 31.svibnja 2023. godine u zatvorenom prostoru u prizemlje zgrade Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrdili morfološke razlike rukole (Eruca sativa Mill.) u plutajućem akvaponu u odnosu na hidroponski sustav. Ispitivani su broj listova i dužina korijen, svježa i suha masa listova i korijena te prinos rukole. Statistički značajne razlike utvrđene su u morfološkim svojstvima rukole uzgajanih u različitim sustavima uzgoja. Dobivenim rezultatima utvrdili smo da su se uglavnom značajno veće vrijednosti svih ispitivanihpokazatelja zabilježeneu hidroponskom uzgojnom obliku u odnosu na akvaponski sustav.
Abstract (english)
Hydroponic systems are systems of growing plants in water containing dissolved salts of biogenic elements. Aquaponic systems are closed production systems that combine aquaculture (cultivation of aquatic organisms) and hydroponics. The research was conducted from March 27 to May 31, 2023 in a closed space on the ground floor of the building of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek. The aim of the research was to determine the morphological differences of argula (Eruca sativa Mill.) in a floating aquaponic compared to a hydroponic system. The number of leaves and root length, fresh and dry mass of leaves and roots, and the yield of arugula were tested. Statistically significant differences were found in the morphological properties of hands grown in different breeding systems. Based on the obtained results, we determined that mostly significantly higher values of all tested indicators were recorded in the hydroponic cultivation form compared to the aquaponic system.
