Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada zahtijevao je obradu proizvodnih i organizacijskih podataka na farmi Niza d.o.o., te uspoređivanje navedenih podataka farme i prosjeka Republike Hrvatske u 2022. godini. Na samom početku rada opisano je stanje mliječnog govedarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj, kao i pasmine koje se koriste u mliječnom govedarstvu. Detaljno je analiziran organizacijski dio farme. Opisano je samo zemljište, broj i struktura proizvodnih zgrada, ratarstvo i mehanizacija, kao i zadaci, smjene i... More protokoli radnika. Velika pozornost posvećena je proizvodnim podacima koji se odnose na kvalitetu i brojnost mlijeka. Analizirano je mlijeko u svim parametrima, kao što su nutritivna vrijednost, kemijski sastav i sama količina. U radu je prikazano brojčano stanje goveda po svim kategorijama, te njihovo kretanje tijekom 2022. godine. Svrha samog rada je bila vidjeti kakvo je stanje farme Niza d.o.o na državnoj razini. Usporedbom podataka za 2022. godinu, možemo zaključiti da je proizvodnja na farmi Niza d.o.o iznad prosjeka Republike Hrvatske u većini podataka koji su obrađeni . Najveća izraženost je u količini proizvedenog mlijeka po grlu, što je za proizvođače uz samu kvalitetu, najvažniji parametar. Prema ostvarenim rezultatima, jasno možemo zaključiti da je proizvodnja i organizacija na farmi izrazito dobra, te da se u budućnosti može očekivati samo napredak. Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis required the processing of production and organizational data on the farm Niza d.o.o., and the comparison of the above data of the farm and the average of the Republic of Croatia in 2022. At the very beginning of the paper, the state of dairy cattle breeding in the Republic of Croatia is described, as well as the breeds used in dairy cattle breeding. The organizational part of the farm was analyzed in detail. Only the land, the number and structure of production... More buildings, farming and mechanization, as well as the tasks, shifts and protocols of the workers are described. Much attention is paid to production data related to the quality and quantity of milk. Milk was analyzed in all parameters, such as nutritional value, chemical composition and quantity itself. The paper presents the numerical state of cattle in all categories, and their movement during 2022. The purpose of the work itself was to see the state of the Niza d.o.o. farm at the national level. Comparing the data for the year 2022, we can conclude that the production at the Niza d.o.o. farm is above the average of the Republic of Croatia in most of the data processed. The greatest expression is in the amount of milk produced per head, which is the most important parameter for producers, along with the quality itself. According to the achieved results, we can clearly conclude that production and organization on the farm is extremely good, and that only progress can be expected in the future. Less
