Abstract
Peradarska proizvodnja broilera bitan je izvor opskrbe domaćeg tržišta s mesom i predstavlja jedan od najbržih načina dobivanja visokokvalitetnog animalnog proizvoda u prehrani ljudi. Proizvodnja mesa peradi u Republici Hrvatskoj trenutno stagnira zbog visokih troškova proizvodnje, a ova proizvodnja jedna je od rijetkih proizvodnji u kojoj Hrvatska uspijeva zadovoljiti svoje potrebe. Peradarsku proizvodnju kod nas karakterizira visok stupanj industrijalizacije i dobra iskorištenost genetskog... More potencijala, a to predstavlja dobar temelj za sve uspješniju daljnju proizvodnju te rast i razvoj ove grane. U ovome završnom radu prikazan je tov pilića broilera na farmi Podgorje d.o.o. u Slatini, koja je kooperant tvrtke Vindija. Kapacitet farme je 5700 tovljenika, tov je u podnom sustavu držanja, genotip koji koriste su hibridi Ross 308 i Cobb 500, u tovu primjenjuju nove tehnologije i kontinuirano ulažu u proizvodnju. Less
Abstract (english)
Poultry production of broilers is an important source of supplying the domestic market with meat and represents one of the fastest ways of obtaining a high-quality animal product for human consumption. Poultry meat production in the Republic of Croatia is currently stagnant due to high production costs, and this production is one of the rare productions in which Croatia manages to meet its needs. Poultry production in our country is characterized by a high degree of industrialization and... More good utilization of genetic potential, and this represents a good foundation for increasingly successful further production and the growth and development of this branch. This final paper presents the fattening of broiler chickens at the farm Podgorje d.o.o. in Slatina, which is a cooperator of Vindija. The capacity of the farm is 5,700 fattening broiler chickens , the fattening is done in a floor holding system, the genotype they use are Ross 308 and Cobb 500 hybrids, they apply new technologies in fattening and continuously invest in production.
