Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi stanje zajednice nematoda pod utjecajem navodnjavanja i gnojidbe kod uzgoja kukuruza. Istraživanje je uključilo praćenje broja rodova nematoda, promjene u ukupnoj brojnosti rodova, promjene trofičkih grupa i promjene indeksa uznemirenja tla MI, PPI i odnos PPI/MI. Nakon izdvajanja nematoda iz tla tzv. „metodom lijevka“, izvršio se pregled, prebrojavanje i determinacija pod mikroskopom. Ukupna brojnost nematoda u uzorcima tla kretala se od 60-118 nematoda/100 g tla. Analizom broja rodova utvrđeno je ukupno 22 roda. Kod svih su uzoraka utvrđeni slijedeći rodovi: Rhabditis i Eucephalobus (bakterivore), Pratylenchus (fitoparazitna nematoda) i Aphelenchus (fungivora) što znači da su ovi rodovi bili najzastupljeniji u uzorcima tla. U uzorcima tla najzastupljenije su bile slijedeće trofičke grupe nematoda: bakterivore i fungivore, ali i fitoparazitne nematode iako u manjoj količini nego prethodne dvije trofičke grupe. Najmanju zastupljenost imale su omnivore. MI se u većini uzoraka kretao od 1,64 do 2,0. Vrijednost PPI u uzorcima kretao se od 2,25 – 3,0. Vrijednosti odnosa PPI/MI kretao se od 1,25 – 1,7 što znači da na povećanje brojnosti nematoda u tlu znatno utječe uznemirenje ekosustava (gnojidba). Brojnost nematoda povećavala se povećanjem navodnjavanja i gnojidbe.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the state of nematode communities affected by irrigation and fertilization in maize production. The study included monitoring the number of nematode genera, changes in the total number of genera, changes in feeding groups and change of soil disturbance measured by MI , PPI and PPI/MI.After extracting nematodes from soil particles with „bottle tehniques“ nematodes were determined to genus level. The total number of nematodes in the soil samples ranged from 60-118 nematodes/100 g of soil. 22 genera were found. Following genera were present in all samples: Rhabditis and Eucephalobus (bacterivors), Pratylenchus (herbivors) and Aphelenchus (fungivors) which means that these families were most numerous in the soil samples. The most common feeding groups of nematodes were bacterivors and fungivors feeders, and herbivors group of nematodes, altrought in smaller quantities than the previous two feeding groups. The lowest number occured in omnivores feeders group. MI are in most samples ranged from 1,64 to 2,0. The value of the PPI in the samples ranged from 2,25 to 3,0. Values PPI/MI ranged from 1,25 to 1,7. Nematodes in the soil were affected by fertilizations and irrigation. The total number of nematodes increased with increasing irrigation and fertilization.
