Abstract
Ventilatori su ključni dijelovi poljoprivrednih raspršivača koji omogućuju ravnomjerno i precizno raspršivanje sredstava za zaštitu bilja. Fokus je stavljen na aksijalne, radijalne ventilatore te radijalne sa tangencijalnim usmjerivačima. Analizirane su konstrukcijske karakteristike svakog tipa ventilatora te njihova primjena u zaštiti nasada. Ventilatori u poljoprivredi generiraju zračni tok koji prenosi čestice sredstava za zaštitu bilja ili gnojiva prema ciljanim površinama usjeva. Njihova brzina, smjer i raspodjela zraka igraju ključnu ulogu u ravnomjernom i preciznom raspodjeljivanju tvari po poljoprivrednim površinama. Rad opisuje važnost ventilatora u raspršivačima te kako njihov način rada utječe na efikasnost tretiranja usjeva. U radu su opisani različiti parametri i faktori koji utječu na način rada ventilatora, uključujući radnu brzinu raspršivača, brzinu i protok zraka, DRIFT te učinkovitost ventilatora u praksi. Razumijevanje načina rada ventilatora u raspršivačima omogućuje poljoprivrednicima bolje upravljanje resursima, smanjenje troškova i optimizaciju tretiranja usjeva.
Abstract (english)
Fans are crucial components of agricultural sprayers that enable even and precise distribution of plant protection agents. The focus is on axial, radial fans, and radial fans with tangential deflectors. The structural characteristics of each type of fan and their application in crop protection were analyzed. Fans in agriculture generate an air flow that transports particles of plant protection agents or fertilizers to targeted crop surfaces. Their speed, direction, and air distribution play a crucial role in the uniform and precise distribution of substances across agricultural areas. The paper describes the importance of fans in sprayers and how their operation affects the efficiency of crop treatment. Various parameters and factors that affect the operation of fans are described, including the working speed of the sprayer, airspeed, airflow rate, DRIFT, and the practical efficiency of fans. Understanding the operation of fans in sprayers enables farmers to better manage resources, reduce costs, and optimize crop treatment.
