Abstract
Pšenica je jedna od najvažnijih žitarica u Hrvatskoj pa tako i u svijetu. Možemo je nazvati strateškim čimbenikom svake zemlje s obzirom na globalne klimatske promjene i zahtjeve EU gdje se potiče reduciranje gnojidbe, ukidaju zaštitna sredstva, te aktivne tvari zaštitnih sredstava. Mikoriza je jedna od najučinkovitijih metoda za dobivanje zdravih i većih prinosa, najjeftnija je i u skladu s prirodom. Stoga, ljudi sve više pronalaze alternativu u različitim biopreparatima. Mikoriza predstavlja vrlo važnu vezu između biljke i tla. Usjevi pomoću nje rastu brže, imaju veću lisnu površinu i razvijeniji korijenov sustav, te su otporniji na patogene u tlu. Ono što treba naglasiti u odnosu između gljivice i biljke je obostrana korist - gljivica kolonozira korijen biljke i opskrbljuje ga vodom i mineralima, dok biljka izlučuje eksudate na korijenu koji koriste gljivicama. Mikorizu možemo nazvati “ključem” proizvodnje u održivoj poljoprivredi. Financijski je vrlo dostupna, smanjuje uporabu mineralnih gnojiva i pesticida, te osigurava biljci povoljan balans vode i hraniva. Jedna od glavnih prednosti ovakve zajednice je iskoristivost vode za vrijeme sušnih perioda, omogućuje usvajanje vode iz dubljih slojeva tla do kojih korijen nema mogućnost doprijeti. S obzirom da 70% sastava gljiva čini voda, hranjive tvari, hormoni, enzimi i ostale tvari na taj način dolaze do biljke.
Abstract (english)
Wheat is one of the most important cereals in Croatia and in the world. We can call it a strategic factor of every country with regard to global climate change and EU requirements, where the reduction of fertilization is encouraged, protective agents are abolished, and the active substances of protective agents are abolished. Mycorrhiza is one of the most effective methods for obtaining healthy and higher yields, it is the cheapest and in harmony with nature. Therefore, people are increasingly finding an alternative in different biopreparations. Mycorrhiza represents a very important link between the plant and the soil. Crops using it grow faster, have a larger leaf area and a more developed root system, and are more resistant to pathogens in the soil. What should be emphasized in the relationship between the fungus and the plant is the mutual benefit the fungus colonizes the root of the plant and supplies it with water and minerals, while the plant secretes exudates on the root that are used by the fungus. Mycorrhiza can be called the "key" to production in sustainable agriculture. It is financially very accessible, reduces the use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides and ensures a favorable balance of water and nutrients for the plant. One of the main advantages of this type of community is the use of water during dry periods, it enables the absorption of water from deeper layers of the soil that the roots cannot reach. Given that 70% of the composition of mushrooms is water, nutrients, hormones, enzymes and other substances reach the plant in this way.
