Abstract
U ovom radu bavimo se proizvodnjom rakije od višnje i uspoređujemo senzorna svojstva dviju rakija od višnje proizvedenih od sorti Oblačinska i Ciganymeggy. Cilj rada je senzorskim ocjenjivanjem prema DLG metodi utvrditi razlike između ove dvije rakije. DLG metoda provedena je na 14 ispitanika iz Trnave i Novih Perkovaca.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we deal with the production of sour cherry brandy and compare the sensory properties of two cherry brandies produced from the Oblačinska and Ciganymeggy varieties. The work aims to determine the differences between these two brandies by sensory evaluation according to the DLG method. The DLG method was achieved on 14 respondents from Trnava and Novi Perkovci
