Abstract
Ovo istraživanje provedeno je u istočnoj Hrvatskoj (lokacija Osijek) u 2013. i 2014. godini. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi efekt bakterizacije sjemena soje na prinos sjemena i pokazatelje uroda sorata soje dvije grupe dozrijevanja (rane i srednje rane). Rezultate ovog istraživanja važno je sagledati u okviru agroekoloških uvjeta istočne Slavonije u periodu istraživanja, od čega tlo i klima imaju presudno značenje. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju kako je bakterizacija sjemena dovela do povećanja svih ispitivanih parametara. Najviša prosječna visina biljaka zabilježena je kod bakteriziranog sjemena srednje rane grupe sorata u 2014. godini. Veći prosječni urod zrna ostvaren je kod sorata srednje rane grupe dozrijevanja u odnosu na sorte rane grupe dozrijevanja u obje godine istraživanja. Najveći prosječni urod zrna zabilježen je kod sorte Ika u tretmanu s bakterizacijom u 2014. godini koja je bila izrazito vlažna tijekom cijelog vegetacijskog razdoblja što je pogodovala uzgoju soje.
Abstract (english)
This research was conducted in eastern Croatia (location Osijek) in 2013 and 2014. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of soybean seed inoculation on seed yield and yield components of soybean varieties with two different ripening times (early and middle early). It is also important for the results of a investigation to be observed in the frame of agroecological factors in Eastern Slavonia during the research, among which soil and climate are the most important. Gained results indicate that seed inoculation increase all investigeted parameters. The largest average plant height was measured at treatment with seed inoculation of middle early group varieties in 2014. Higher average seed yield was achieved with medium early ripening varietises compared to the varieties of early maturing group for the both years. The highest average seed yield was measured in varieties Ika in the treatment with inoculation in 2014 which was very moist throughout the vegetation period which is favorable for the cultivation of soybeans.
