Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je proizvodnja sjemenskog kukuruza, gdje se baziramo na agrotehniku sjemenskog kukuruza, a to su pravilan plodored, obrada i priprema tla, gnojidba, sjetva, izbor sjemena za sjetvu, njega i berba kukuruza i komušanje. Prinos sjemenskog kukuruza ovisi o brojnim čimbenicima, kao što su vanjski uvjeti. Jedan od glavnih uzroka smanjenja prinosa je sama berba kukuruza gdje dolai do oštečenja i gubitka sjmena, koji djeluju izravno ili neizravno na klijavost i energiju klijanja sjemena. Strojnom se berbom značajno oštećuje sjeme. Sjemenski kukuruz bere se u klipu beračem komušačem, baš zato da bi se smanjilo oštečenje sjemena. Berbu kukuruza u klipu treba započeti kada vlažnost zrna na klipu padne ispod 30%. Za uspješno čuvanje kukuruza u košu treba paziti da se uskladiše samo zdravi, čisti i zreli klipovi. Vlaga zrna ne bi trebala biti viša od 26%.
Abstract (english)
In this final work is processed the production of seed corn, which is based on the cultural practices of seed corn. They are: proper crop rotation, soil and soil preparation, fertilization, planting, selection of seeds for sowing, care and harvest corn and shelling. The yield of corn depends on many factors, such as external conditions. One of the main causes of the lower yield is the harvest itself, trough which comes to damage and loss of the corn seed. This acts influence directly or indirectly on the germination energy and seed germination. Machine harvesting can significantly damage the seed. Corn seeds harvested in the ear picker husker, just because of minimizing the damage to the seed. Harvesting corn cob should begin when the kernel moisture falls below 30%. For successfully keeping the corn in the basket the care should be taken to storage of only healthy, clean and mature clips. Grain moisture should not be higher than 26%.
